Bankrupt Vmark Lands $51M Bid For Assets From Printing Co.

Law360, Wilmington (September 27, 2012, 10:22 PM EDT) -- Vmark Inc. said Thursday that it had secured a $51 million stalking horse bid for its assets from security printer Valid USA Inc., putting the direct marketing company on a path out of Illinois bankruptcy court.

Brazil-based Valid's offer will be subject to higher bids at an auction to occur within the next 60 days, according to Hillside, Ill.-based Vmark.
