Alger Can't Evade Investment Manager's Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 11:52 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday refused to toss a Fred Alger Management Inc. investment manager's whistleblower claims in a putative class action accusing the company and its president of illegally restricting trade in health care stocks and firing her in retaliation for exposing the policy.
