Google's Prejudice Claims In YouTube Case Shot Down

Law360, New York (October 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A court ruled Friday that Robert Tur, a journalist who sued Google Inc. subsidiary YouTube for posting a video he shot, could drop his case and join a larger class action, rejecting arguments by Google that it should be awarded attorneys' fees and that Tur engaged in discovery misconduct.
