Sprint, Qwest To Spend $8M To End Landowners' Cable Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- Sprint Communications Co. LP and Qwest Communications Co. LLC said Monday they would pay more than $8 million to settle class claims that they installed fiber-optic telecommunications systems on private property in Pennsylvania without asking landowners' permission or offering compensation.
