BofA Skirts Another Unauthorized Insurance Fee Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 1, 2012, 7:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday dismissed a putative class action alleging Bank of America Corp. and an affiliate enrolled customers in an insurance program and took monthly premium payments out of their accounts without their consent, accusing the plaintiffs' attorneys of forum-shopping.
