Toyota Wants Experts Excluded From Acceleration MDL

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp. sought Monday to disallow plaintiffs' expert testimony from multidistrict litigation in California over an alleged unintended acceleration defect, arguing it was too late to introduce a theory that purportedly indicates its vehicles do not address software glitches.
