Okada Loses Bid To Regain Control Of Wynn Shares

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 7:51 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge on Tuesday denied billionaire Kazuo Okada's bid to overturn a forced redemption of his 25 million shares in Wynn Resorts Ltd. over alleged violations of U.S. anti-corruption laws, finding that he hadn't introduced enough evidence that he could prevail against Wynn in court.
