CBS Can't Ditch Meteorologist's Hiring Bias Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 5, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- A California judge has rejected CBS' bid to dismiss a meteorologist's allegations that he was passed over for a position at two TV stations because he is not a young, attractive woman, ruling that a free-speech law does not protect a broadcaster from being sued for discrimination over a hiring decision.
