Facebook Argues For New $20M Settlement In Ad Images Suit

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. on Saturday urged a California federal court to approve a new $20 million class settlement  in a suit over the alleged use of users' photos without permission, arguing that the agreement has been modified to include direct monetary relief and allow opposition to attorneys' fees.
