Clarion Spends $80M For Beverly Hills Office Building

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 2:59 PM EDT) -- New York-based global real estate investment firm Clarion Partners LLC has purchased a 120,000-square-foot office property in Beverly Hills, Calif., for $80 million, Clarion said Monday.

The real estate firm agreed to acquire the four-story building in the so-called Golden Triangle neighborhood of Beverly Hills, a commercial and retail district that services the affluent community in the Los Angeles area. The property, located at 100 N. Crescent Dr., is fully occupied, Clarion said.
