Calif. Callers Hit Embassy Suites With Phone Recording Suit

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A pair of California consumers are accusing Embassy Suites Management LLC of regularly recording phone conversations to the hotel company's toll-free reservation number without properly notifying callers of the practice, according to a putative class action removed to California federal court Friday.
