Fox Unpaid Interns Win Expansion Of Wage Class Action

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 9:31 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge ruled Tuesday that a proposed wage-and-hour class action originally brought against movie studio Fox Searchlight Pictures Inc. by former unpaid interns can be broadened to include claims on behalf of all corporate interns for News Corp.’s Fox Entertainment Group.
