OMERS Proposes $3B Casino Project For Toronto

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The real estate arm of Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System on Friday proposed a CA$3 billion (US$3.06 billion) casino and convention center project in downtown Toronto, in a plan with city benefits that echo a recently successful bid for a California stadium project.
