Apple Rejects Amazon Bid To Undermine 'App Store' Mark Suit

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 6:22 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Wednesday asked a California federal court to preserve its false advertising and trademark battle against Inc., saying the online retailer's bid to toss Apple's false advertising claim misconstrued the electronics company's effort to protect its “App Store” mark.
