Courts Are Rejecting NLRB Class Waiver Ban, 5th Circ. Hears

Horton Inc. on Friday urged the Fifth Circuit to overturn the National Labor Relations Board's decision that the company's arbitration agreement violated federal labor law by barring employees from bringing class actions, saying many courts have already rejected the board's ruling.
