Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- The parents of a soldier electrocuted in his shower at a U.S. Army base in Iraq asked the Third Circuit on Monday to overturn a lower court's ruling that military contractor KBR Inc. could not be held liable for his death.
