NFL Hit With $80M Fan Suit Over Saints Bounty Suspensions

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 5:26 PM EDT) -- A New Orleans Saints fan lodged an $80 million putative class action against the National Football League in Louisiana federal court on Monday, claiming the NFL diminished the value of Saints tickets by unfairly penalizing players and coaches for allegedly participating in a program that rewarded knocking out opponents.
