Worker Not Bound By Unsigned Arbitration Pact: Calif. Court

Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 5:34 PM EDT) -- An ex-worker who never signed the Sports Club Co.'s arbitration pact but stayed on board after learning that the agreement was a condition of employment doesn't have to arbitrate her wrongful termination and sexual harassment case, a California appeals court said Tuesday.
