Planned Parenthood Renews Bid To Nix Medicaid Billing Case

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 4:12 PM EDT) -- Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast on Wednesday again urged a Texas federal judge to toss an employee whistleblower's False Claims Act suit, arguing that she's submitted no evidence that the organization billed the government for health services that were unnecessary or never provided.
