DynaLantic Appeals Ruling On Minority-Based Contracting

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 2:37 PM EDT) -- DynaLantic Corp. on Thursday said it is cross-appealing a Washington federal judge's August ruling which held that the military simulation and training industry isn't subject to a federal law which limits certain contracts to minority-owned businesses, but found the law as a whole is constitutional.
