Romance Publisher Rips Authors' E-Book Royalty Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 1:26 PM EDT) -- Harlequin Enterprises Ltd. on Friday asked a New York federal court to toss a proposed class action accusing the romance novel publisher of depriving its authors of royalties for electronic books sales, saying the authors are attempting to rewrite their publishing contracts.
