9th Circ. Won't Revive H&R Block Meal Break Subclass

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 9:23 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit refused Thursday to hear an appeal from a tax professional who said a district court misinterpreted recent rulings from the California Supreme Court when it decertified a subclass of H&R Block Enterprises LLC workers who allegedly didn't get required meal breaks.
