Man Denies Sending $50M In Sensitive Tech To Russian Forces

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- Alexander Fishenko, founder of Houston-based Arc Electronics Inc., pled not guilty Monday to charges that he secretly exported more than $50 million worth of microelectronics for surveillance and weapons systems to Russia's military and intelligence agencies.

Fishenko entered a not-guilty plea before U.S. District Judge Sterling Johnson Jr. and is being held without bail, according to Robert Nardoza, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
