Google Evades Probe In Trademark Suit Against GoDaddy

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge excused Google Inc. and its executives Friday from providing depositions or further documents in a fight between the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences and domain registrar over cybersquatting charges.
