American Airlines Begins Antitrust Trial Against Sabre In Texas

Law360, Dallas (October 23, 2012, 10:20 PM EDT) -- A new judge will preside as American Airlines Inc. begins its antitrust trial Wednesday in Texas state court against Sabre Inc. alleging the ticket distributor conspired to block it from launching a competing service and holds an anti-competitive monopoly.
