Alleged Dell Inc. Inside Traders Head To Trial

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge ruled Tuesday that two remaining defendants accused of insider trading in Dell Inc. and other companies would be tried together, paving the way for trial to begin Monday.

U.S. District Judge Richard J. Sullivan denied a defense motion to separately try Anthony Chiasson, co-founder of now-defunct hedge fund Level Global Investors LP, and Todd Newman, a former portfolio manager of hedge fund Diamondback Capital Management LLC.
