Customers Win Bid To Unseal Testimony In Cargo Cartel MDL

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 12:45 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday unsealed portions of grand jury testimony given during the U.S. government's investigation into a possible air cargo cartel, finding that granting putative class action plaintiffs access to the testimony outweighed the need to keep it secret.
