2 Fraudsters Get Prison For Ex-Cowboy's Mortgage Scam

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 6:05 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday sentenced to prison two men involved with former Dallas Cowboys linebacker Eugene J. Lockhart's $20 million mortgage fraud scam, following their February convictions.

William R. Tisdale Jr., who prosecutors said ran the scheme between 2002 and 2005 with Lockhart, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and three years of supervised release for his conviction of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud.
