NFL, Reebok Accused Of Monopolizing Merch Market

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 1:58 PM EDT) -- The National Football League, sports apparel maker Reebok International Ltd. and individual football teams on Wednesday were hit with a class action alleging the league has monopolized the market for team apparel through an exclusive licensing agreement.
