Suit Alleging Hotel Tax Evasion Declined By Texas High Court

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 2:45 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear the city of Houston's case against LP and other online travel companies, which accused the companies of wrongfully skirting local occupancy taxes through their contracts with hotels.
