Air Force's $1.4B Contract Extension Bars Small Biz: Suit

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- Red River Communications Inc. filed a bid protest Friday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims saying the Air Force's $1.4 billion extension of its Network Centric Solutions contract unfairly excludes small businesses from receiving telecom contracts at Tinker Air Force Base.
