Nationstar Mortgage Dodges Truth-In-Lending Class Action

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 3:13 PM EDT) -- An Alabama judge on Monday tossed a class action accusing Nationstar Mortgage LLC of violating the Truth in Lending Act by failing to inform a woman that her mortgage had been sold, saying it is exempt from the notification requirements.
