Welk Resorts Beats Mold Class Action

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 2:58 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday tossed a putative class action claiming Welk Resort San Diego allowed mold to grow in its rooms, saying the plaintiff could not sufficiently demonstrate that his "Platinum Points" time share currency lost value as a result.
