Grand Jury Indicts SBA, DOD Contractor For $7M Fraud

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 2:10 PM EDT) -- An Alabama federal grand jury on Tuesday indicted a government contractor for allegedly submitting fake bank documents and bogus tax returns to win $7 million in loans and Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Defense contracts.
