Utilities Face Scrutiny Over Hurricane Sandy Response

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- As work continues to restore power to the millions of victims left in the dark by Hurricane Sandy, electric utilities will face scrutiny from state regulators probing whether they took the right steps to prepare for and respond to the storm.
