Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 7:54 PM EST) -- Texas Rangers Baseball Partners urged a state judge Friday to force former team owner Tom Hicks to reveal how he got the money that he contributed to capital improvement and operations of the baseball club he purportedly steered into bankruptcy in 2010.
