Raytheon Seeks Exit From $1B FCA Satellite System Suit

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 1:38 PM EST) -- Defense contractor Raytheon Corp. asked a California federal judge on Monday to dismiss a $1 billion qui tam suit alleging it violated the False Claims Act on a $4.5 billion weather satellite system development contract, saying the complaint doesn't allege it committed fraud.
