Dexatrim Maker Beats Suit Alleging Pills Are Unsafe

Law360, Chicago (November 6, 2012, 7:23 PM EST) -- A California federal judge tossed a putative class action Tuesday accusing Chattem Inc. of concealing a dangerous chemical in its Dexatrim weight loss supplements, finding the suit was not specific enough about the product's danger or consumers' reliance on Chattem's alleged omissions when buying it.
