Charter Comms. Loses Patent Dispute Over Broadcasting Technology

Law360 (August 24, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has reversed a lower court’s decision on patent validity, vindicating a patent asserted by Illinois-based Broadcast Innovation LLC against cable company Charter Communications Inc.
