Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 7:23 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday ruled that defense contractor Exelis Inc. cannot receive a preliminary injunction in its trade secrets misappropriation case against rival SRC Inc., saying Exelis' claims that SRC conspired with Exelis employees to undermine its applications U.S. Air Force contracts was weak.
