Vets Get Prison Time For Army Recruiting Bonus Scheme

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 2:53 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday sentenced two former members of the U.S. military to one year and six months in prison, respectively, after they admitted to taking part in a recruiting bonus scheme that defrauded the government and a contractor of $244,000.
