Calif. Homeowner Asks 8th Circ. To Nix Cert. In Uponor MDL

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 2:42 PM EST) -- A California homeowner on Wednesday asked the Eighth Circuit to overturn class certification in a multidistrict litigation accusing Uponor Inc. of duping consumers into buying faulty plumbing systems, arguing class members making California law claims were not fairly represented in settlement talks.
