Goldman, Deutsche Bank Can't Escape FHFA RMBS Fraud Suits

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 5:00 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss two Federal Housing Finance Agency suits accusing Goldman Sachs & Co. and Deutsche Bank AG of misrepresenting billions of dollars in residential mortgage-backed securities, saying the agency had properly backed its allegations.
