David Lerner Can't Duck Real Estate Investor's Libel Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 8:00 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday refused to let brokerage David Lerner Associates Inc. escape claims that it conducted a smear campaign against a real estate investor who allegedly exposed financial improprieties at DLA that led to a regulatory probe and shareholder class actions.
