GE, Cardinal Say Imaging Drug Antitrust Claims Lack Specifics

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 1:54 PM EST) -- GE Healthcare Inc. and Cardinal Health Inc. urged a California federal court Tuesday to toss a radiopharmacy owner's putative antitrust class action, saying the suit failed to specifically allege a plausible anti-competitive conspiracy, a problem that doomed an earlier version of the complaint.
