Dell Can Arbitrate Dispute Over Recorded Customer Calls

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 8:15 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday allowed Dell Inc. to arbitrate a class action brought by a law firm employee accusing Dell and its financial services arm of violating consumer privacy by not informing customers that it was recording customer service calls.
