Met Museum's Admission Fees Breach Free City Lease, Suit Says

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 3:16 PM EST) -- Two New York City residents sued the Metropolitan Museum of Art in state court Wednesday, claiming its alleged practice of tricking patrons into paying admission fees for all exhibits violates its lease with the city.
