NFL Disability Board Undermines League In Concussion MDL

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 10:17 PM EST) -- The NFL's retirement board's acknowledgment in the 1990s and early 2000s that football can cause devastating long-term head injuries will hurt the league's credibility in the multidistrict litigation over concussions, but attorneys say it is not the silver bullet plaintiffs have been searching for.
