Buffalo News Beats Libel Suit Over False Claims Deal Articles

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 7:11 PM EST) -- Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s Buffalo News Inc. didn't defame an air cargo company's owner by allegedly suggesting he admitted to criminal wrongdoing in a $28 million false claims settlement, a divided New York state appeals court ruled Friday.
