'Big Brother' Producers Fight Back Against CBS Arbitration Bid

Law360, Los Angeles (November 16, 2012, 9:27 PM EST) -- CBS Broadcasting Inc. cannot arbitrate claims that three former “Big Brother” producers breached nondisclosure agreements by working on a rival reality show because it previously waged the “litigation equivalent of war” against them in federal court, the producers said in a suit filed Wednesday.
